I was surprised that the watch strap broke when only recently purchased but the lady I spoke to was very helpful and the strap arrived fairly quickly.

Takes away the worry!!

Takes away the worry of a loved one with dementia getting lost. It's worn like an ordinary watch so no embarrassment of what it's for. If the person falls or does not know where they are a simple sos button will call you or if you want to check they are ok you can ring the watch. Gives you peace of mind.
